Artículo 2º-Atribuye al término creado y definido por el artículo 1º el propósito de crear este término en la ciudad de Johannesburgo, Sudáfrica, que es exponer el abuso tecnológico que se está cometiendo contra la ciudadanía y el municipio con el objetivo de presentar medidas de reparación que busquen una solución. § 1-Las víctimas de violaciones neurorechas, porque están aisladas y atacadas por charlatanes psiquiátricos, que en este primer en el momento en que solicitamos un decreto de ley, mantenemos la esperanza de que en el futuro, después de la promulgación del presente decreto solicitado, de conformidad con la Constitución, las autoridades competentes, en una fecha futura, actualicen la Ley 200 de la Constitución de la República de Sudáfrica de 1993 de la siguiente manera: 1) Añádase al párrafo final, novedad: el desarrollo científico y tecnológico ha hecho que la propiedad material, originalmente tridimensional, se haya puesto al servicio de la cadena de bloques( Blockchain), que convierte la información biomédica del ser humano, incluida su integridad física, en propiedad cibernética inmaterial pentadimensional, enterrando al ser humano de forma permanente en dicha Blockchain. La ley regulará los requisitos, condiciones y restricciones para su uso en las personas, y deberá proteger especialmente la actividad cerebral, así como la información derivada de la misma. § 2-Toda la información científica contenida en este petición y que redunde en la falla de seguridad urbana que está ocurriendo en el municipio se aclarará en el futuro, cuando Sudáfrica adquiera soberanía científica, que es el propósito de esta petición, para ayudar al Centro Municipal de Gestión de Desastres a enumerar a las víctimas de la violación de los Derechos Neuronales y evitar la deflagración de la bomba bioeléctrica y otras armas de destrucción masiva, como las fotocopiadoras infrasónicas y MÁSER. § 3º - Las víctimas de las pruebas iniciales de la bomba bioeléctrica, arma de destrucción masiva que inicialmente se manifiesta por telepatía sintética, pero que puede exterminar a toda la gente de una ciudad sin destruir los edificios, estarán corrigiendo y aclarando el texto de esta petición de forma permanente hasta que el Centro Nacional de Gestión de Desastres de Sudáfrica oficial haga el registro oficial de la lista de víctimas de esta catástrofe tecnológica mencionada en progreso. Artículo 3º - La denuncia o subsanación del abuso a que se refiere el artículo 2 constará de diecinueve párrafos: • 1º-Poner bajo la protección de la comisión de derechos humanos del municipio de Johannesburgo a todos los ciudadanos que se declaren víctimas de abuso tecnológico, la llamada tortura psicotrónica. Subpárrafo sin numerar: la terminología V2K, la telepatía sintética o el acoso colectivo asociado, popularmente llamado "Acoso de pandillas", que abarca el abuso tecnológico, se explican en el artículo 5, párrafo § 12, párrafo segundo; • 2º - Documentar el abuso perpetrado por las fiscalías provinciales o nacionales o cualquier otro poder, quienes insisten en desestimar a las víctimas del abuso tecnológico como enfermas mentales o esquizofrénicas, buscando restablecer el derecho de las víctimas a ser escuchadas y tratadas como personas sanas y conscientes, cuya salud está siendo perjudicada por el abuso tecnológico. ; • 3º-Articular una integración con los servicios (unidad de salud familiar, unidades básicas de salud, urgencias y emergencias, centro de referencia, entre otros), así como con otros profesionales de la salud en la perspectiva de que la víctima que active esta ley debe ser tratada como la Clasificación Internacional de Enfermedades ICD W90.0X, por lo que prevalece el derecho de la víctima a manifestar que se trata de un abuso tecnológico que no debe tratarse como un simple caso congénito.; • 4º-Mantener debidamente actualizadas las Comisiones Técnicas del Centro Municipal de Gestión de Desastres sobre las necesidades de las víctimas en la obtención de equipos de protección que detecten y detengan la tortura psicotrónica; • 5° - Adoptar normas y procedimientos operativos para que todos las actividades desarrolladas en ejecución de esta ley tienen impacto en universidades y centros de investigación; • 6º-Programar, a través del estudio de patentes que causen abuso tecnológico, la necesaria búsqueda de ingenieros electrónicos que puedan crear dispositivos de protección que neutralicen el abuso; inciso sin numerar - Se ejemplifica. en este apartado que la generación de impedancia aleatoria en el cuerpo de las víctimas, en la ropa o en las paredes de las casas puede ayudar a frenar el acoso.
