The military all over the world must be dismantled, the soldier as a profession must end. USA military budget should be zero and so should be the military budget for Vietnam. We need the civilian population to end the military dictatorship that there exist both in Communist and Capitalistic countries and allow the working class to take over and once and for all end any prospects of future wars by doing away with all military because whenever there is a War both sides are wrong. The best way to help out war victims is to take back the budget from the military and give it away for the war victims and the poor in general. No money in the world will ever be enough compensation for war victims because it is not a matter of money, it is a matter of demilitarization of both Capitalist and Communist nations if we are serious about War Victims Compensation.
