Assim, estariam sendo criadas máfias da nanotecnologia, as “nanomafias”, principalmente na América Latina, que se multiplicariam vertiginosamente devido a diversos fatores como o desconhecimento da sociedade quanto ao uso da nanotecnologia como arma criminosa, a “invisibilidade” dessa máfia para tendo como ferramenta, o wi-fi, seu poder econômico, a extorsão com a rede Brain, o silêncio e a participação da imprensa e dos sindicatos de saúde, a campanha de desinformação da mídia, sua interligação mundial, sendo um crime organizado e a possível participação de autoridades da polícia nacional, do Ministério Público e do Judiciário, e dos serviços de inteligência. A Nanomafia pretende se tornar a maior rede de crime organizado do mundo, portanto, a sociedade mundial deve saber, estar alerta e denunciar os crimes cometidos por esta nanomafia. Uma das principais aplicações da nanotecnologia são os nanobots, máquinas que podem construir e manipular objetos em nível atômico e que são capazes de se mover pelo sistema circulatório.1 A nanotecnologia tornou-se uma indústria bilionária e por ter múltiplas aplicações potenciais em seres humanos, há um grande interesse na experimentação humana. No entanto, a nanotecnologia atua em nível atômico e por isso a experimentação em humanos é de alto risco, o que causa uma evidente falta de voluntários. Portanto, as empresas transnacionais de nanotecnologia estariam recorrendo a métodos criminosos para obter cobaias de experimentação humana; assim, estariam usando violência, fraude, extorsão e crime organizado. 2–4 Pesquisas recentes revelam evidências de que as transnacionais tecnológicas, em associação ilícita com os governos dos EUA, Comunidade Européia e China e com os corruptos governos latino-americanos, criaram uma organização que está desenvolvendo principalmente na América Latina uma secreta, forçada e ilícita neurociência humana experimentação com neurotecnologia invasiva, nanorrobôs cerebrais, microchips e implantes para executar projetos neurocientíficos,2–5 que podem até ter levado cientistas a ganhar Prêmios Nobel de Medicina6 com base nessa experimentação humana ilícita às custas da saúde dos latino-americanos. Os principais efeitos nocivos potenciais causados ​​por esta experimentação humana ilícita com nanobots na sociedade incluem: controle da mente,7,8 exclusão de memória, tortura, espionagem permanente, roubo de informações privadas, extorsão, esterilização, distúrbios psiquiátricos, suicídio e escravidão digital.6 Os principais objetivos da nanomafia são o enriquecimento ilícito, o reconhecimento acadêmico, a criação de armas humanas e a criação de uma sociedade fascista digital. As evidências indicam que as nanomáfias estariam interligadas formando uma rede internacional com um megaprojeto cujo propósito é criar uma sociedade fascista digital, uma oligarquia que governa o resto do mundo cidadãos que carregarão nanobots e serão escravos digitais, uma robotização humana do sociedade a serviço de uma elite milionária. O projeto fascista digital é global; o objetivo seria controlar todo o planeta usando microchips em seres humanos, animais e coisas. “A Internet das Coisas” e o “carro sem motorista” realmente têm como propósito o controle fascista das coisas. Nos homens, o projeto “escravo digital” (robô humano) tem diferentes componentes: o controle da mente, espionagem permanente com a rede cerebral, eliminação das emoções, viver em uma realidade virtual, apagamento da memória e eliminação da sexualidade. Os diferentes tipos de projetos desenvolvidos com nanobots têm um padrão comum: são desenvolvidos por telemetria, por wi-fi, não possuem forma física e são intangíveis. Realmente, a nanomafia é a máfia do wi-fi, a “máfia fantasma”, o que torna quase impossível denunciá-la. Os pesquisadores da tortura e os criminosos sabem que “a melhor tortura” é aquela que não deixa marcas, pois não pode ser denunciada. Se a vítima de tortura por wi-fi denunciar, poderá ser injustamente considerada como pessoa com problemas psiquiátricos ou caluniadora, por esse motivo, o crime usa wi-fi como arma de tortura secreta (Figuras 1) (Figura 2). Quanto aos métodos criminosos que a nanomafia utiliza, a burla é um dos métodos mais comuns e os principais tipos incluem a promoção enganosa, as camuflagens intelectuais ou a pseudo-ajuda humanitária. A nanomafia: a rede global de nanotecnologia do crime organizado Copyright: ©2018 Salinas 274 A promoção enganosa é uma das mais populares, promove o uso de nanobots como uma previsão científica futurista e um benefício para a sociedade, ocultar o risco à saúde e seus verdadeiros usos contra a sociedade; assim, por exemplo, cientistas de empresas transnacionais afirmam o seguinte a respeito dos nanorrobôs cerebrais: “Com nanorrobôs em nossos cérebros seremos como Deuses”9 “Com nanobots poderemos carregar a língua francesa na corrente sanguínea de nosso cérebro”10 Porém , essas afirmações que, evidentemente, induzem o cidadão comum a usar nanobots cerebrais não possuem evidências científicas mais fortes, e o mais importante é que essas afirmações escondem o efeito nocivo dos nanobots cerebrais. Para convencer os cidadãos a aceitarem voluntariamente serem “escravos digitais” das nanomafias, empresas transnacionais, potências econômicas e magnatas da mídia, uma série de camuflagens intelectuais foram criadas e existe toda uma terminologia, criada ou já existente, que está sendo manipulado para promover os usos ilícitos dessa nanotecnologia, terminologia que poderia ser chamada de “dicionário vigarista”. Assim, para promoção do apagamento da memória é “desaprender para aprender”; para convencer do uso de nanobots cerebrais é “a inovação biológica” (inovação)11 e assim, com esses implantes, ser “excelente” ser humano (excelência), ter mais criatividade (“criatividade”) uma melhor atitude (“atitude” ) e ser seres humanos evoluídos (“evolução”); para aceitar a espionagem permanente com a rede Brain é “conectar”, “a privacidade acabou” “sociedade do conhecimento”, “pensamento divergente”, “pensamento lateral”, “observatórios”, “transparência”, “pensamento hiving”, “brainstorming ”, “tecnologia disruptiva”, “mindfacture”,12 “cidade inteligente”, “circulação cerebral”; para convencer uma pessoa de ser um ciborgue (destruição criativa); para obrigar o aluno a usar o Brain net como ferramenta acadêmica estão sendo desenvolvidas “neuroespecialidades” (neurodireito, neurogerenciamento, neuroeducação, etc.); pois viver na realidade virtual é “viver a experiência…..13”; pois promover viver sem sexualidade é “gênero”;14 pois viver em um gueto digital é “comunidade”; por aceitar ser um escravo digital é o “Milleniums”;15 e por último por espionar os pobres (responsabilidade social); assim, as empresas transnacionais farão com que os cidadãos acreditem que vivem em um mundo feliz sem saber que são escravos digitais, escravos não forçados por uma ditadura totalitária, mas pelo consentimento em massa feito pela mídia. São várias as evidências que indicam que a responsabilidade social é mais uma das camuflagens organizadas por esta nanomafia, devido ao forte e súbito interesse das empresas em desenvolver projetos de “responsabilidade social” com uma publicidade lucrativa que indica que se trata de um negócio em vez de uma ajuda humanitária. Uma das empresas é a Fox, suspeita de estar usando essa camuflagem. Fox é um dos promotores de responsabilidade social,16 segundo pesquisas recentes, que estão fazendo programas de TV de zumbis usando experimentos de controle mental com nanobots cerebrais.7 A Responsabilidade Social é promovida por instituições de prestígio como as Nações Unidas e está recrutando jovens universitários como seus principais operadores que os enganam na maioria dos casos. O uso da terminologia transumanista chamada de “inovação social” pelos organizadores da Responsabilidade Social e os clichês que promovem a vigilância pessoal como “O olho que todos colocamos começa a ver” levam a suspeitar que a Responsabilidade Social realmente buscaria desenvolver a espionagem com a rede Brain em zonas pobres. A responsabilidade social que se exige como disciplina obrigatória em universidades latino-americanas como a Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, a mais antiga da América do Sul, buscaria ludibriar as populações pobres para transformar esses povoados em “comunidades”, verdadeiros futuros guetos do digital escravidão, onde serão permanentemente espionados e controlados mentalmente com a rede Brain, suas memórias serão apagadas e suas vidas sexuais serão filmadas e comercializadas; os moradores dessas comunidades viverão em uma realidade virtual. Em suma, os moradores dessas comunidades pobres serão escravos humanos a serviço das transnacionais e das nanomáfias. Um dos objetivos mais perversos dessa máfia, o controle da mente, transformando uma pessoa em animal, máquina ou escravo, também estaria sendo promovido de forma subliminar através de embustes intelectuais como a “inteligência emocional”, o chamado “controle inteligente das emoções”. ”, buscando que a sociedade no futuro aceite o uso de nanobots sob o argumento do autocontrole das emoções, escondendo que sua mente não será realmente autocontrolada, mas perderá o controle, já que a pessoa com nanobots poderia ser controlada e espionada através da telemetria utilizada por nanomafias ou centrais de inteligência; seu cérebro e corpo estarão realmente sob o controle da mente por outros. As ações dessa máfia da nanotecnologia são facilitadas porque os nanobots podem ser administrados em alimentos e bebidas, sendo um dos principais o álcool bebido como a cerveja, pois deprime o sistema nervoso central do indivíduo e ele perde o autocontrole e, portanto, facilita a mente controle por outros através de nanobots cerebrais; por isso, a cerveja é ideal para administrar nanorrobôs cerebrais. O uso ilícito da nanotecnologia baseada em experimentos humanos secretos e forçados estaria dando origem a um exclusivo círculo corrupto de “novos milionários”: professores de medicina, sindicatos de saúde, médicos, enfermeiras, técnicos, gerentes hospitalares, físicos, jornalistas, editores de revistas científicas, bibliotecários, engenheiros, políticos, professores, policiais, promotores, juízes, militares, universitários e até escolares que enriquecem ilicitamente à custa da saúde e da honra de suas vítimas. A nanotecnologia ilícita também permitiu o surgimento de uma nova espécie de criminosos, operadores que poderiam ser chamados de “nanoassassinos contratados” ou “nanotorturadores”, responsáveis ​​pelo “trabalho sujo” da nanomafia, grupo formado principalmente por jornalistas, estudantes universitários , enfermeiras e imigrantes ilegais como muitos venezuelanos no Peru, que seriam responsáveis ​​por realizar vários trabalhos entre eles: seleção da vítima, para escolher “a pessoa de interesse”, pessoa que pode contribuir com algum benefício para a nanomafia; intoxicação da vítima com nanobots através de alimentos, bebidas ou comprimidos ou seu sequestro para instalar implantes cerebrais; edição, seleção e comercialização de vídeos mentais obtidos com a espionagem diária utilizando a rede Brain, tortura mental, tortura de vítima revelando sua privacidade e espionagem de sonhos; obtenção de informações dos sonhos com a rede Brain para extorsão; criação de pseudo-doenças bloqueando a função dos órgãos por telemetria para então extorquir a vítima com “a cura”. Pesquisas recentes alertam para o desenvolvimento de nanomafias na América Latina, principalmente no Peru.6,4 As principais suspeitas incluem os hospitais da ESSALUD, empresa que, em 2009, teria iniciado uma organização criminosa de nanotecnologia durante o governo de Fernando Barrios Ipenza, um dos patrocinadores do transumanismo nas universidades peruanas em associação com universidades européias e norte-americanas e os principais meios de comunicação peruanos.6 Barrios continuaria desenvolvendo nanomafias nas províncias do Peru, principalmente em Huancayo, cidade da qual foi prefeito. O desconhecimento da sociedade quanto ao uso da nanotecnologia como crime comum, crime organizado, terrorismo de estado e arma de guerra cibernética. ii. A “invisibilidade dessa máfia” porque eles têm wifi como sua principal arma e, portanto, é quase impossível denunciá-lo. iii. O poder econômico e político dessa máfia. Os principais organizadores incluem as empresas transnacionais com maior poder econômico como Google, Facebook e Intel e os governos de países como China, Estados Unidos, Comunidade Européia e Federação Russa e, principalmente, o Exército dos EUA através da DARPA (Figura 3). . 4. A extorsão às vítimas da nanomáfia usando novos produtos desenvolvidos com a nanotecnologia como a rede Brain. A rede Brain permite obter os chamados “vídeos mentais”, obtendo os pensamentos de uma pessoa em forma de vídeos que podem ser transmitidos para celulares. Realmente, a rede Brain pretende ser a mais poderosa arma de extorsão do crime comum, do crime organizado, terrorismo de estado e guerra cibernética. v. O silêncio e a participação da imprensa. Publicações recentes dão indícios de que os donos dos meios de comunicação de massa e sua extensa rede de jornalistas no mundo são os organizadores dessa máfia da nanotecnologia4–7 já que os principais usos de nanorrobôs em humanos são projetos de telecomunicações como o Brain net, um - espionagem permanente por telemetria. vi. A campanha de desinformação da mídia que apresenta o controle da mente e a rede do cérebro como uma ficção ou mito,17 assim, a sociedade é informada sobre a nanotecnologia como crime apenas em séries de TV de ficção científica, o que leva a considerar o crime inacreditável. No Peru, a Federación Centro Unión de Trabajadores conhecida por suas iniciais “CUT” do Seguro Social de Saúde (ESSALUD por suas iniciais em espanhol) compreende 18.000 trabalhadores. Uma de suas principais camuflagens seria o projeto Millennium, criado, segundo seus promotores, as Nações Unidas, para desenvolver uma “inteligência global”, portanto, forma os “nós” em diferentes países; isso seria, na verdade, desenvolver a rede Brain em todo o mundo. Alan García, considerado um dos políticos mais corruptos do Peru,18 surpreendentemente, foi a pessoa escolhida pelas Nações Unidas para desenvolver o Nodo Peru do Projeto Milênio e assessorar o Grupo RIBER, braço latino-americano desse projeto. A fama de corrupção de Garcia e suas relações com Fernando Barrios levam a suspeitar que Alan García estaria desenvolvendo a rede Brain em toda a América Latina. A nanomafia é um crime organizado. Ao contrário de um bando em que um grupo de pessoas se reúne para cometer um único crime, as organizações do crime organizado são criadas para cometer crimes continuamente, a longo prazo; o crime organizado é “a empresa do crime”, por isso, para atingir esse fim, um dos principais objetivos chave é incluir nele as autoridades da polícia nacional, do Ministério Público e do Judiciário,19 o que viabiliza o sucesso da organização criminosa; explicaria por que o crime organizado desenvolve suas ações com total impunidade e explicaria por que a nanomafia, uma forma de crime organizado, não foi denunciada por nenhum Ministério Público do mundo (Figura 6). Também é evidente que, dada a grande extensão que as nanomafias podem ter no mundo e a grande quantidade de informações que instituições como os serviços de inteligência mundiais como CIA ou MOSSAD e instituições policiais como o FBI e a INTERPOL têm, essas instituições saberiam a nanomafia, mas em vez de denunciá-la, eles a escondem e participam de seus crimes. Assim, por exemplo, nem o FBI, nem a CIA, o MOSSAD ou a INTERPOL, ou qualquer serviço de inteligência do mundo, relataram a principal arma da nanomafia, a rede Brain, e a espionagem massiva que seria realizada no mundo, sobre os cidadãos, principalmente sobre mulheres jovens obtendo sua vida sexual. É preciso ressaltar que a atividade criminosa dessa nanomafia, “a máfia fantasma”, “a máfia wi-fi”, deve ser de conhecimento da sociedade em todos os âmbitos porque pode atingir qualquer setor da sociedade e pelo poder de suas armas como o Rede cerebral. A magnitude dessa máfia só pode ser comparada à do narcotráfico. Na verdade, existem muitas semelhanças entre o narcotráfico e esse “nanotráfico” organizado pelas nanomafias, embora o principal elemento do crime seja diferente, no primeiro é a folha de coca e no segundo é o nanobô cerebral, ambos podem prejudicar a saúde mental , ambos são indústrias bilionárias que se infiltram e corrompem todas as instituições, porém, ao contrário do narcotráfico que é noticiado pela grande mídia em suas manchetes, no nanotráfico a imprensa é seu principal integrante e por isso a esconde, permanecendo desconhecida para grande parte da sociedade que chega a considerá-lo ficção devido à própria campanha de desinformação da imprensa que apresenta o crime como ficção. Uma “nanomafia” que enriquece com o uso secreto e forçado da nanotecnologia em seres humanos em detrimento de sua saúde, privacidade e honra. Thus, mafias of nanotechnology, “nanomafias”, would being created, mainly in Latin America, which would be multiplying vertiginously due to several factors like the ignorance in society regarding the use of nanotechnology as criminal weapon, the “invisibility” of this mafia for being used as its tool, the wifi, its economic power, the extortion with the Brain net, the silence and participation of the press and the health unions, the media disinformation campaign, its world interconnection, being an organized crime and the possible participation of authorities of the national police, the prosecutor’s office and the judiciary, and the intelligence services. Nanomafia aims to become the greatest organized crime network in the world, therefore, the world society shall know, be alert and report the crimes committed by this nanomafia. One of nanotechnology main applications is the nanobots, machines that can construct and handle objects at an atomic level and that are capable of moving through the circulatory system.1 The nanotechnology has become a billionaire industry and since it has multiple potential applications in human beings, there is a great interest in human experimentation. However, the nanotechnology acts at atomic level and for that reason the experimentation in humans is high risk, which causes an evident lack of volunteers. Therefore, the transnational nanotechnology companies would be resorting to criminal methods to get human experimentation subjects; thus, they would be using violence, swindle, extortion and organized crime.2–4 Recent researches reveal evidences that the technological transnational companies, in illicit association with USA, European Community and China governments and the corrupt Latin American governments, have created an organization that is developing mainly in Latin America a secret, forced and illicit neuroscientific human experimentation with invasive neurotechnology, brain nanobots, microchips and implants to execute neuroscientific projects,2–5 which can have even led scientists to win Medicine Nobel Prizes6 based on this illicit human experimentation at the expense of Latin Americans’ health. The main potential harmful effects caused by this illicit human experimentation with nanobots in society include: Mind control,7,8 memory deletion, torture, permanent espionage, theft of private information, extortion, sterilization, psychiatric disorders, suicide, and digital slavery.6 The mainly objectives of nanomafia are illicit enrichment, academic recognition, creation of human weapons, and the creation of a digital fascist society. The evidences indicate that nanomafias would be interconnected forming an international network with a mega project whose purpose is to create a digital fascist society, an oligarchy that rules the rest of world citizens who will carry nanobots and will be digital slaves, a human robotisation of the society at the service of a millionaire elite. The digital fascist project is global; the objective would be to control the whole planet using microchips in human beings, animals and things. “The Internet of Things” and “the driverless car” really have as purpose the fascist control of things. In men, the “digital slave” (human robot) project has different components: the mind control, permanent espionage with the Brain net, elimination of the emotions, living in a virtual reality, memory deletion and elimination of sexuality. The different kind of projects developed with nanobots has a common pattern: they are developed by telemetry, by wifi, they do not have physical form, and they are intangible. Really, nanomafia is the mafia of wifi, the “ghost mafia”, which makes almost impossible to report it. The torture researchers and the criminals know that “the best torture” is the one that leaves no marks since it cannot be reported. If the victim of tortures by wifi reports it, he/she can be unjustifiably considered as a person with psychiatric problems or a slanderer, for that reason, the crime uses wifi as secret torture weapon (Figures 1) (Figure 2). Regarding the criminal methods that nanomafia uses, the swindle is one of the most common methods and the main types include the deceptive promotion, the intellectual camouflages or the humanitarian pseudo-aid. The nanomafia: nanotechnology’s global network of organized crime Copyright: ©2018 Salinas 274 The deceptive promotion is one of the most popular, it promotes the use of nanobots as a futurist scientific prediction and a benefit to the society, hiding the health risk and its true uses against society; thus, for example, transnational companies scientists state the following regarding the brain nanobots: “With nanorobots in our brains we will be like Gods”9 “With nanobots we will be able to load the French language in the bloodstream of our brain” 10 However, these affirmations that, evidently, induce the ordinary citizen to use brain nanobots do not have strongest scientific evidence, and the most important is that these affirmations hide the harmful effect of brain nanobots. In order to convince the citizens of voluntarily accepting being “digital slaves” of the nanomafias, transnational companies, economic powers and media magnates, a series of intellectual camouflages have been created and there is a whole terminology, created or already existing, that is being manipulated to promote the illicit uses of this nanotechnology, a terminology that could be called a “swindle dictionary”. Thus, for promotion of memory deletion is “unlearn to learn”; for convincing of the use of brain nanobots is “the biological innovation” (innovation)11 and thus, with these implants, being “excellent” human beings (excellence), having more creativity (“creativity”) a better attitude (“attitude”) and being evolved human beings( “evolution”) ; for accepting the permanent espionage with the Brain net is “connect”, “the privacy is out” “knowledge society”, “divergent thinking”, “lateral thinking”, “observatories”,“transparency”, “hiving thought”, “brainstorming”, “disruptive technology, “mindfacture”,12 “Smart-city”, “brain circulation”; for convincing a person of being a cyborg (creative destruction); for forcing the student to use the Brain net as academic tool are currently being developed “neurospecialties” (neurolaw, neuromanagement, neuroeducation, etc.); for living in the virtual reality is “live the experience…..13”; for promoting to live without sexuality is “gender”;14 for living in a digital ghetto is “community”; for accepting being a digital slave is the “Milleniums”;15 and finally for spying the poor (social responsibility); thus, the transnational companies will make the citizens believe that they live in a happy world without knowing that they are digital slaves, slaves not forced by a totalitarian dictatorship but by the mass consent made by the media. There are several evidences that indicate that the social responsibility is another of the camouflages organized by this nanomafia, due to the strong and sudden interest of the companies in developing “social responsibility” projects with a big-money advertising that indicates that it is a business rather than a humanitarian aid. One of the companies is Fox which is suspected of being using this camouflage. Fox is one of social responsibility promoters,16 according to recent researches, that are making TV shows of zombies using mind control experiments with brain nanobots.7 The social Responsibility is promoted by prestigious institutions like the United Nations and is recruiting university youth as its main operators swindling them in a majority of cases. The use of transhumanist terminology called the “social innovation” by the social Responsibility organizers and the clichés that promote the personal surveillance as “The eye we all have set begins to see”lead to suspect that the social Responsibility would really seeks to develop the espionage with the Brain net in poor zones. The social responsibility that is demanded as mandatory course in Latin American universities like the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, the oldest of South America, would seek to swindle poor populations in order to transform these towns in “communities”, really future ghettos of digital slavery, where they will be permanently spied and mentally controlled with the Brain net, their memories will be deleted and their sexual lives will be filmed and commercialized; the residents of these communities will live in a virtual reality. In short, the residents of these poor communities will be human slaves at the service of the transnational companies and nanomafias. One of the most perverse objectives of this mafia, the mind control, turning a person into an animal, machine or slave, would also be being promoted subliminally through intellectual swindles like the “emotional intelligence”, the so-called “intelligent control of emotions”, seeking that the society in the future accepts the use of nanobots under the argument of emotions self-control hiding that their mind will not really be auto-controlled but they will lose their control, since the person with nanobots could be controlled and spied through telemetry used by nanomafias or intelligence centrals; their brain and body will actually be under mind control by others. The actions of this nanotechnology mafia are facilitated because nanobots can be administered in foods and drinks, being one of the main ones the alcohol drinks like beer since it depresses the individual’s central nervous system and he loses his self-control and therefore, it facilitates mind control by others via brain nanobots; for this reason, the beer is ideal to administer brain nanobots. The illicit use of nanotechnology based on secret and forced human experiments would be giving rise to an exclusive corrupt circle of “new millionaires”: professors of medicine, health unions, doctors, nurses, technicians, hospital managers, physicists, journalists, publishers of scientific magazines, librarians, engineers, politicians, professors, policemen, prosecutors, judges, the military, university students and even school students who illicitly become rich at the expense of their victims’ health and honor. The illicit nanotechnology has also allowed appearing a new kind of criminals, operators that could be called “nano-hired killers” or “nano-torturers”, those responsible for the “dirty work” of nanomafia, group mainly conformed by journalists, university students, nurses and illegal inmigrants as many venezuelans in Peru, who would be responsible for performing several works including: selection of the victim, to choose “the person of interest”, person who can contribute with some benefit to the nanomafia; intoxication of the victim with nanobots through food, drinks or pills or his/her kidnapping to install them brain implants; editing, selection and commercialization of mind videos obtained with the daily espionage using the Brain net, mind torture, victim torture disclosing his/her privacy information and espionage of dreams; obtaining information from the dreams with the Brain net for extortion; creation of pseudo-diseases blocking the function of organs by telemetry to then extort the victim with “the cure”. Recent researches alert on the development of nanomafias in Latin America, mainly in Peru.6,4 The main suspicious ones include the hospitals of ESSALUD, company that, in 2009, would have started a criminal nanotechnology organization during the administration of Fernando Barrios Ipenza, one of transhumanism sponsors in Peruvian universities in association with European and US universities and the main Peruvian media.6 Barrios would continue developing nanomafias in the provinces of Peru, mainly in Huancayo, city where he was mayor. The ignorance in society regarding the use of nanotechnology as common crime, organized crime, state terrorism and cyberwar weapon. ii. The “invisibility of this mafia” because they have wifi as their main weapon and therefore is almost impossible to report it. iii. The economic and political power of this mafia. The main orga-nizers include the transnational companies with more economic power like Google, Facebook and Intel and the governments of countries like China, United States, the European Community and the Russian Federation and especially, the US Army through the DARPA (Figure 3). iv. The extortion to the victims of nanomafia using new products de-veloped with the nanotechnology like the Brain net. The Brain net allows obtaining the so-called “mind videos”, obtaining a person’s thoughts in form of videos that can be transmitted to cell phones. Really, the Brain net aims to be the most powerful extortion wea-pon of the common crime, the organized crime, state terrorism and cyberwar. v. The silence and participation of the press. Recent publications give evidences that owners of mass media and their extensive network of journalists in the world are the organizers of this mafia of na-notechnology4–7 since the main uses of nanobots on humans are projects of telecommunications like the Brain net, a person’s per-manent espionage by telemetry. vi. The media disinformation campaign that presents the mind control and the Brain net as a fiction or myth,17 thus, the society is informed about nanotechnology as a crime only in science fiction TV series, which leads to consider the crime incredible. In Peru, the Federación Centro Unión de Trabajadores known by its initials “CUT” from the Social Health Insurance (ESSALUD for its initials in Spanish) comprises 18,000 workers. One of its main camouflages would be the Millennium project, created, according to its promoters, the United Nations, to develop a “global intelligence”, therefore, it forms the “nodes” in different countries; this would actually be to develop the Brain net worldwide. Alan García, considered one of the most corrupt politicians in Peru,18 surprisingly, was the person chosen by the United Nations to develop the Peru Node of the Millennium Project and to advise the RIBER Group, the Latin-American branch of this project. Garcia’s corruption fame and his relations with Fernando Barrios lead to suspect that Alan García would be developing the Brain net in all Latin America. The nanomafia is an organized crime. In contrast to a band in which a group of people meets to commit a single crime, the organized crime organizations are created to commit crimes continuously, at long term; the organized crime is “the crime company”, for that reason, to achieve that purpose, one of the main key objectives is to include into it the authorities of the national police, the prosecutor’s office and the judiciary,19 this makes the success of the criminal organization viable; it explains why the organized crime develops its actions with total impunity and it would explain why the nanomafia, a form of organized crime, has not been reported by any prosecutor’s office in the world (Figure 6). It is also evident that, given the great extension that the nanomafias can have in the world and the large amount of information that institutions like the world intelligence services as CIA or MOSSAD and police institutions like the FBI and the INTERPOL have, these institutions would know the nanomafia but instead of report it they hide it and participate in its crimes. Thus, for example, neither the FBI, the CIA, the MOSSAD or the INTERPOL, or any intelligence service in the world have reported the main nanomafia weapon, the Brain net, and the massive espionage that would be carried out in the world, on the citizens mainly on young women obtaining their sexual life. It is necessary to emphasize that the criminal activity of this nanomafia, “the ghost mafia”, “the wifi mafia”, must be known by the society in all areas because it can affect any society sector and for the power of its weapons like the Brain net. The magnitude of this mafia can only be compared to that of drug trafficking. There actually are many similarities between the drug trafficking and this “nanotrafficking” organized by nanomafias, although the main crime element is different, in the former it is the coca leaf and in the latter it is the brain nanobot, both can damage the mental health, both are billionaries industries that infiltrate and corrupt all the institutions, however, unlike the drug trafficking that is reported by mass media in its headlines, in the nanotrafficking the press is its main member and for that reason it hides it, and it remains unknown to most of society that even considers it fiction due to the own press disinformation campaign that presents the crime as fiction.
